This month marks 20 years of ShortTermMissions.com serving the missions community and the millions of believers who have involved themselves in service and outreach through mission trips. Twenty years ago a young college graduate proposed the idea of a “central clearing house” for short term mission opportunities where all groups could post their mission trips for the public.
Through a dozen years of sacrifice and hard work he and several friends made ShortTermMissions.com a reality and dominated the top of the search engines. Over the last 20 years people have looked at specific mission trip descriptions 4.2 million times! And those browsing have sent over 204,000 trip inquiries to the agencies posting those trips! Unbelievable!
